We can turn water services on the same day as long as the application is received before 3:00 p.m. Any applications received after 3:00 p.m. will be turned on the next business day.

Deposits

  • If you own the property, the deposit is $145.00 ($45.00 is nonrefundable)per unit.
  • If you are renting/leasing, the deposit is $245.00 ($45.00 is nonrefundable) per unit.
  • Business/Commercial deposits are $200.00. Garden Meter deposits are $100.00.
